Viane Louise Fisher has more than 25 years of experience providing full U.S. Federal Government procurement lifecycle guidance to small, medium, and large companies including Lockheed Martin, Accenture Federal Services, and the Harris Corporation.

Her experience includes marketing services and products to Federal Government agencies including the U.S. Departments of State, Intelligence Community (IC), Homeland Security, Defense, Treasury, Interior, Energy as well as Health and Human Services. Procurement expertise in information technology, biomedical technology, cybersecurity, Cloud, R&D basics, as well as applied and advanced research.

Lysbeth Sherman​ has an international background and an extensive knowledge across innovation ecosystems in France, Israel, and the United States. She identifies strategic opportunities related to business trends, emerging technologies, and cultural development. Her professional areas of expertise are in technology marketing, strategic communication, and public diplomacy.


She has more than 25 years of experience working with diplomatic, multilateral institutions, and business organizations developing initiatives to further country to country relationships and bilateral innovation collaboration. With an emphasis on partnerships between public institutions and corporations, she establishes interdisciplinary platforms to facilitate business, technology, and cultural cooperation and optimize access to media innovation; addressing positive societal transformation. She addresses cultural change, including sustainability, security, and human rights.


Ms. Sherman worked at The Cultural Services of the French Embassy (Washington, D.C.), and has assisted the U.S. Embassy Public Diplomacy Section (Tel Aviv, Israel), the Israel Embassy Economic Mission, (Washington, D.C.), and the World Bank Group (Washington, D.C.) in their outreach efforts.

Michael Mendelevitz is a recognized leader in the field of government restructuring and technology driven economic revitalization. For the past 30 years, he has advised governments and private industry on issues related to workforce development, supply chain management, Industry 4.0, and technology transfer.

He was a principal in the establishment of the Army’s Center of Excellence in Additive Manufacturing, recently cited by the Secretary of the Army as key to the Army’s Covid Response Efforts. He recently completed a Workforce Gap Analysis for one of the Navy’s premier shipyards which is being used to design a tradesmen workforce program designed to ensure the Navy’s workforce of the future. Mr. Mendelevitz developed The Westgate Crane Battery Innovation Center which leverages Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane’s high end power systems technology for private sector use, bringing job creation and economic development to Southern Indiana.

His groundbreaking work for the Federal Office of Personnel Management was a finalist for a Harvard Kennedy School Innovation Award. He managed the DC Green Collar Jobs initiative which was a finalist for an American Society of Civilian Engineers Sustainability Award, and his work establishing the Quad Cities Manufacturing Innovation Hub received an award and was recognized for excellence in regionalism and cross-border collaboration.

Authorship: Mr. Mendelevitz’ corporate finance expertise is demonstrated in his chapter, Special Considerations in the Valuation of Closely Held Government Technology Service Firms” (with T.J. Millon) in the Handbook of Advanced Business Valuation, McGraw Hill, 1999; and shows his expertise in logistics in an article “Security through Logistics Transformation” written with Charles Nemfakos that appeared in Logistics Spectrum in 2010. Mr. Mendelevitz co-authored (along with Roger Neece and Terry Gardiner) the Commonwealth Fund research White Paper, “Innovative Strategies to Help Consumer Operated and Oriented Plans (CO-OPs) Compete in the New Insurance Market Places”, published by the Commonwealth Fund in April, 2012.
